Meet the Board

It’s really more of a Circle of Leadership.

Imagine the theatre board you get when you take away the hierarchy and listen to everyone’s voice. That’s what you get from Theatre from the Ground. Our Circle of Leadership includes people with various business expertise and community connections. We have eliminated the financial buy-in that board members are usually required to bring to the table; this allows for a more equitable mix of members rather than only those who can afford to have a say. Another thing you’ll notice about our board is that everyone has experience in theatre. This benefits everyone when a theatre board can make financial and artistic decisions from a place of theatre knowledge and skill.
